About / The studio

We are three brothers, building software the way we wished it had been built around us.

01 · Why we exist

JAD Creations is a software studio run by three siblings — Muyiwa, Ayo, and Damilola. Between us, we have spent the last decade inside banks, software companies, and consultancies, watching closely what produces software that lasts and what produces software that doesn’t. JAD is the structured version of a habit we’d already had for years: helping each other ship things, talking through the hard problems, and quietly pushing each other to build to a higher standard.

Most software gets shipped. Less of it gets shipped well. The difference, in our experience, isn’t talent — it’s care. Care about the assumptions underneath the code. Care about what happens at 3am when something fails. Care about the engineer who’ll have to maintain this in two years.

We started JAD because we were tired of watching that care get squeezed out by deadlines, scope, and the easy temptation to just ship and move on. We’re a deliberately focused studio. Smaller, focused teams make better calls.

02 · How we work

We don’t take on more clients than we can give attention to. Most engagements start with a brief — a structured conversation about what you’re trying to build, who it serves, and what it needs to be true for. We’re honest when we’re the right fit and honest when we’re not. We’d rather refer you to someone better suited than take work that doesn’t play to our strengths.

Every engagement is led by a senior engineer and delivered by a team built around the brief. You’ll always know who is accountable for the work, who is doing it, and how to reach them. The leadership stays consistent from brief to delivery — no account managers, no quiet handoffs.

03 · The three of us

Muyiwa, Ayo & Damilola. Three siblings, three cities, one practice.

Engineering · Lagos

Muyiwa

Currently CTO of a Lagos-based technology company, where he leads engineering across product, infrastructure, and security. Before that, eight years across banking and enterprise software taught him how to ship in environments where downtime has consequences. He works from Lagos.

Engineering · London

Ayo

Ships production systems from a UK development role, with eight years of experience across financial services and software companies. He’s the engineer most likely to push back on a clever solution in favour of a boring one, and the one who reminds the rest of us that boring is usually right. He works from London.

Operations · Toronto

Damilola

Leads operations and growth at JAD from Toronto. Before co-founding the company, he spent seven years running digital strategy and paid-media campaigns for brands including Mantrac, Mikano, Liorga, Geely, and Ritver across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. He’s currently deepening his technical security expertise at CDI College in Brampton, Ontario.

We build from three cities — Lagos, London, and Toronto — across three timezones that, between them, cover most of a working day. If you have a system that needs care, we’d like to hear about it.
